You can return or exchange items by mail or at our store , within 14 days from receiving the order. You need to notify us about the refund/cancellation request in writing, by email info@adinaplastelina.com prior to sending the item back. For all items, to be eligible for exchange, credit or refund as described below, the merchandise must be returned unworn, in its original box and must be accompanied by the original invoice or order application. You may cancel your order within 24 hours of its placement. All cancellations must be made in writing, via email. If the order was already sent out, any refund is subject to the merchandise’s return to our store in Israel, in person or by mail, within 14 days from receiving the order.
