RETURS & EXCHANGES

You can return or exchange items by mail or at our store, within 14 days from receiving the order. You need to notify us about the refund/cancellation request in writing, by email info@adinaplastelina.com prior to sending the item back. Please visit our full Returns & Exchange policy.

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of its placement. All cancellations must be made in writing, via email. If the order was already sent out, any refund is subject to the merchandise’s return to our store in Israel, in person or by mail, within 14 days from receiving the order. Please see the full return instructions. Once an order has been shipped out, all shipping costs become non-refundable.

SHIPPING

Orders are packed and shipped Sundays till Thursdays. Most orders are shipped within 2 business days from the order date. Orders placed on weekends and holidays are processed on the next business day.

We work with high-quality noble metals as sterling silver, vermeil (24k plated silver) and gold. Our patterns are handmade with polymer clay using the ancient Millefiori technique & covered with clear resin for the glamorous look of the piece.

WARRANTY

Our sterling silver, vermeil and gold jewelry are protected by a life-time warranty, when handled and worn properly.  Please avoid contact with chemical liquids. We recommend that you do not to shower or swim while wearing the jewelry. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, modification, or attempted repair. If we need to fix or replace the jewelry, you will need to send it to us by mail. If you have any issues with your jewelry, please contact us by email at info@adinaplastelina.com.
